About Denise

Denise Gordon is a Broker/REALTOR® at Compass with Your Property People, the #1 luxury real estate team in Greater Charlotte, specializing in residential real estate across South Charlotte, Waxhaw, Marvin, Weddington and Union County. Denise is a Carolina native, born and raised in Spartanburg, South Carolina and a graduate of the College of Charleston. Life took her as far as Texas for a few years, but it did not take long to realize Charlotte was home. She and her husband Rick have lived in South Charlotte for the past 25 years, raising their two children here, both of whom still call Charlotte home today. Together, they have loved watching Union County grow from horse farms on every corner to the beautiful, thriving communities they are today. Before becoming a Realtor®, Denise spent 19 years in the financial services industry. While most agents know real estate, Denise also knows the numbers. From the lending process to the financial ins and outs that most people never think to ask about, she brings a level of knowledge to the table that truly sets her apart and ensures her clients never leave anything on the table. From day one of her career Denise has lived by one motto: service, service, service.
